Cacao & Truffle Ceremony

During a cacao & truffle ceremony we combine the power of cacao and truffle with relaxing slow flow or yin yoga. This combination creates a complete new yoga experience and will help you to let go of thoughts and will enhance deep breathing.

Cacao's active compounds, like theobromine, promote circulation, muscle relaxation, heightened concentration, and a positive mood shift. It guides us back to our natural state – a loving presence. Remember, there's no obligation, and you can choose the amount of cacao or skip the truffles – follow your intuition.During class we'll be incorporating a microdose of truffle to enhance the effects of the cacao subtly. Rest assured, there won't be any intense impact. After, we’re doing a slow yoga class, focussing on your breath.

Kundalini

This session focuses on awakening and harnessing the dormant spiritual energy known as Kundalini, which is believed to reside at the base of the spine. During a Kundalini session, we will guide you through various techniques such as breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement to activate and raise the Kundalini energy. The aim is to promote spiritual growth, self-awareness, and a deep sense of connection to one's higher self. It is important to note that Kundalini energy work can be a powerful and transformative experience.
