As our Studio Ambassador, you will help carry out our mission by assisting in running the studio operations and supporting other team members. You will add value to the company’s success by taking responsibility for your tasks and being a great example for our team and our members.
• You attend quarterly meetings and join classes regularly to ensure that you can answer member’s questions confidently and accurately.
• You are aware of all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues.
• You are the first point of contact for everyone at ML City Breda.
• You ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard.
• You assist instructors with setting up for their classes.
• You assist members with setting up their bikes before ML Cycle classes.
• You are responsible for the health and safety in the studio and will make sure all hygiene standards are met.
• You oversee all daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration.
For example, logging sales and tracking inventory (Marie Stella Maris products, Lune Active products, toiletpaper etc).
• You show leadership skills by taking initiative and providing feedback to your team members.
• You form relationships with our members and help build our community.
